Job Overview We are seeking a highly structured and data-oriented Business Operations Specialist to support and optimize the company's operational processes.As a key player in our Operations team, you'll collaborate with departments like finance, technology, product, and customer success to ensure smooth execution of business strategies and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Process Optimization:Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase scalability.

Project Management:Lead and assist cross-departmental projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.

Experience:2+ years in operations, business analysis, or project management, preferably within FinTech, PropTech, or tech industries.
Skills:Solid knowledge of business operations and financial systems.Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with SaaS tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management tools).
