Job Overview We are seeking a highly structured and data-oriented Business Operations Specialist to support and optimize the company's operational processes. Key Responsibilities Process Optimization: Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase scalability. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret key metrics to provide actionable insights and drive decisions. Project Management: Lead and assist cross-departmental projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals. Business Systems Management: Maintain and optimize internal systems, tools, and platforms for peak performance. Experience: 2 years in operations, business analysis, or project management, preferably within FinTech , PropTech , or tech industries. Skills: Solid knowledge of business operations and financial systems. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English . Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with SaaS tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management tools). Preferred: Experience in Tech/Startups .
