About this role: As we continue to grow and expand Gartner Conferences portfolio, we need to develop our analytical resources to accommodate the requirements of the rapidly growing business. This role will be a part of the Performance and Planning team and will be responsible for managing reporting activities and preparing presentations, documenting processes, and providing data support for strategic decision making.
What You'll Do: Collaborate with leadership teams across Gartner to build cross-functional, forward-looking financial, operational and strategic business plans. Manage monthly and weekly operational reporting and presentations (stacks, forecast, productivity, trending, gateways, etc.). Prepare executive-level analytics and presentation materials for leadership team. Execute on operational requirements, including the outcomes of the annual long-range planning process and the production of repeatable data analytics that give insight into performance. Cultivate partnerships across the organization and with Conferences leadership to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities. Support annual revenue budgets, monthly forecast processes, and territory planning. Validate large operational data sets to develop KPIs, analytical dashboards to improve decision making that drives business performance. Address ad-hoc operational data requests. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree required, Masters is a plus, preferably in analytics, quantitative, or finance discipline. 3-5+ years of progressive business experience. Exceptional analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI: ability to build moderately complex decision support models. Proficiency in Power Automate preferred. Strong core values: integrity, collaboration, no-limits mindset, objectivity. Willingness to volunteer and travel to a Conference once or twice per year regionally and internationally.
