Read on for more.In anticipation of the increasing scale and complexity of the business, we're now looking for a leader for the Key Account management team.Your responsibilities:Revenue Optimization:Collaborate with sales, CS and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation.Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable insights.Optimize pricing strategies and discounting practices to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning in the market.Monitor sales pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to accelerate the sales cycle.Sales Process Improvement:Streamline and standardize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.Identify opportunities to enhance sales productivity through technology adoption and system integration.Forecasting and Reporting:Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, sales pipeline, and customer acquisition.Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on comprehensive data analysis.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Liaise with Business Operations, Business Analysis, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment of revenue operations with overall business objectives.Collaborate with Finance to optimize pricing models, revenue recognition processes, and financial reporting accuracy.Partner with Marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals and customer segmentation strategies.Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Specialists, providing guidance and support to drive individual and collective performance
