We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our Marketplace Compliance team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency and automation through driving the BI teams on data analysis, dashboard consolidation, file automation, and developing metrics to improve team productivity and quality. This role requires strong data analysis skills (Excel and SQL) and ability to collaborate with Business Intelligent Engineers.
Role can be based in Bratislava (Slovakia), Barcelona (Spain), or Clichy (France).
Key job responsibilities Analyze existing dashboards, processes, reporting then create data requirements for the BI Team. Collaborate with BI Team to build a roadmap to consolidate, simplify and automate all data usage by VAT ops team such as:
Replacing current Excel-based processes with automated dashboard solutions to improve efficiency. Automating the process of file uploads after operations teams update results in manual files. Ensuring updates are automatically reflected in systems, eliminating the need for manual uploads by the team. Consolidating more than +30 Excel trackers used by the team. Simplifying existing processes to reduce manual intervention and improve data accuracy and timeliness. Handle Ad-hoc urgent data requests whenever BI team capacity can't handle. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience collaborating with Business Intelligent engineers. Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, data manipulation, and automation features. SQL experience. Experience working with databases. Proven track record in automation and simplifying workflows using data tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a deep dive mindset. High level of autonomy and able to manage multiple priorities. A bias for action with a strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with data tools like Power BI, Quicksight. Familiarity with Python or other programming languages to support automation efforts.
