Responsibilities: Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with sales, CS and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable insights.
Optimize pricing strategies and discounting practices to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning in the market.
Monitor sales pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to accelerate the sales cycle.
Sales Process Improvement: Streamline and standardize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance sales productivity through technology adoption and system integration.
Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, sales pipeline, and customer acquisition.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on comprehensive data analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Business Operations, Business Analysis, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment of revenue operations with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with Finance to optimize pricing models, revenue recognition processes, and financial reporting accuracy.
Partner with Marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals and customer segmentation strategies.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Specialists, providing guidance and support to drive individual and collective performance.
Set clear goals and objectives for the team, regularly review performance, and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the Revenue Operations team.
Who you are: Excellent English skills and desire to work within an international team.
Proven experience in the same role or similar.
Proficiency in analyzing sales data and performance metrics using tools like Salesforce and Tableau.
Experience in streamlining and standardizing sales processes to enhance efficiency.
Skill in generating accurate sales forecasts and producing regular reports and dashboards.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams such as Business Operations, Finance, sales and Marketing.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, set clear goals, and drive performance.
Strategic Thinking: Capability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address challenges.
