Your tasks: As a Business Operations Coordinator, you'll be doing a great variety of high-impact activities. You'll not only be involved in the daily operations (analyzing our performance, improving our processes, coordinating with technology teams, etc.) but also in the strategic discussions (opening up new cities, investment committees, etc.).
Your profile:
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-demanding environment such as consulting or investment banking.Additional start-up experience is highly valued.You are a problem solver; you proactively come up with solutions without waiting for anyone to tell you what to do.You are also analytical; every solution starts with an in-depth analysis of the problem.You are independent and a self-learner.You are fluent in English and Spanish.Most importantly, you are super excited about Tiko!Why us?: Tiko is all about providing a new experience when you are selling your home.
