Your Impact: As a Business Operations Intern at Deliverect, you will be supporting commercial teams and optimising operational workflows, and help streamline processes that are critical to the business's success. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and data accuracy will ensure that teams can rely on high-quality insights for informed decision-making. A Typical Day: Support various Commercial teams by helping to streamline and improve operational processes, workflows, and systems. Collaborate with different teams to understand their operational needs and provide assistance or valuable insights as needed. Take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions. Help maintain data quality and ensure data accuracy across different systems. Assist in preparing materials and conducting training sessions to educate other departments on new processes or system updates. Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results. Your Expertise: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Basic knowledge or interest in CRM platforms (Hubspot and/or Planhat preferred). Basic understanding of processes within Marketing, Sales, Finance, and post-Sales departments
