RESPONSIBILITIES With our consumer at the heart, your key focus will be: As part of the On-Trade team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO & new model. Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers. Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets. You will drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase. You will identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The skills and experience needed to create your legacy: Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred. Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions. Solid ability to organize your work independently and effectively. Solid negotiation skills. Good Communicator and an active listener.
