This position requires a strong understanding of the consulting industry and the ability to manage client engagements effectively.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, managing expectations, and addressing any issues.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in pitches to secure new clients.Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms of engagement with clients to ensure mutual value and alignment with Capgemini's objectives.Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies, fostering collaboration across departments.Key Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a business-related role.Consultancy and/or Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of the consulting or engineering industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.English: C1 proficiency.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail in problem-solving and data analysis.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting reports.Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and willing to work with others.Business Acumen: A strong interest in understanding various aspects of business operations and strategy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
