.Overview This position offers a combination of financial, automotive sector, and risk analysis knowledge for those who want to be responsible for the analysis, creation, implementation, and strategic follow-up of a number of assigned groups of dealerships at risk. The primary mission is the successful continuity of the automotive brand's representation network through the economic and financial monitoring of these dealerships. The successful candidates will join a talented Business Management team and benefit from the Urban Science Employee Experience! Essential Duties and Responsibilities Evaluation of financial data, mainly balance sheets and income statements to determine the level of default risk. Visit dealerships in -or potentially be- financial difficulty. Assist in negotiating with banks if required. Work with the brand's field teams and liaise between them and the dealership as required. Identifying practices within the organization that contribute to increased financial risk. Compiling reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders within the business. Make recommendations to decrease and/or monitor risk. Create ad-hoc studies and reports. Provide standardized reporting on progress in the dealerships for which they are responsible. Provide remote and direct support to the Dealer Network within project assignment. Present regularly at all levels Business Management and KPIs results, suggesting actions of improvement. Other tasks and participation in special projects in the client as required. Qualifications - Education and Experience Risk Analysis knowledge. Finance and accounting knowledge: budgeting, forecasting, provisioning, cash flow, etc. KPI analysis experience. Communication Skills: fluent/native Spanish language and intermediate English level B2-C1. Ability to present analytical developments combining ideas to influence others. Analytical Thinking. Economics, Business Administration, or similar University degree required. Master's in financial risk management related is preferred. Minimum of 5-6 years relevant work experience required. Preferred candidates with knowledge or/and relevant work experience in: Global automotive retail network and auto industry. Dealership business model: understanding of dealer management accounts, budgets, composites, day-to-day control operations, and its associated risks. SQL programming language. Location: Hybrid work: when not required to visit dealers, successful candidates will be required to work from our Madrid office around 2 days/week. Remaining time from their own homes remotely
