Position OverviewWe are seeking a technical lending product specialist to join our Lending team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Developing strategic projects for the Lending area.Assisting the Lending COO in the completion of the different tasks of the role.Providing specialized technical support on lending products and solutions to our business clients.Designing and implementing technical solutions in different environments in response to business problems.Ideally, you must have a deep knowledge of capital metrics, risk scenario analysis, and related control functions across the Bank's business lines.
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, and SAS and SQL will be a bonus.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Lending COO to develop and implement the long-term strategic goals and vision.Translate business strategies into actionable operation plans.Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with lending objectives.Manage department resources (budgets, infrastructure, etc).Engage in regular communication with coverage to understand their ongoing technical needs, providing updates on product enhancements.Perform regular commercial monitoring on the evolution of revenues and volumes and analyze financial issues in systems, processes, and services.SkillsVery strong analytical skills and ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations.Knowledge of business banking lending products (credit lines, confirming, payments financing).Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the financial service industry in a similar role.Wide knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.Strong English capabilities.Well-being & BenefitsA healthy, engaged, and well-supported workforce are better equipped to do their best work and, more importantly, enjoy their lives inside and outside the workplace.
