Ensure the stability of systems and the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs). Evaluate and implement proposed enhancements to effectively address evolving business needs. Maintain accuracy, completeness, and configuration of data within transportation systems. Collaborate with IT and business operations teams to identify technology and process gaps. Develop comprehensive user requirements and create compelling business cases for global solution investments or enhancements to existing systems. Lead projects of small to medium complexity to achieve short-term and long-term strategic goals. Contribute to significant initiatives, such as the Transcend S4 Hanna deployment, ensuring integration of global transportation requirements into the global template design.
