As a member of the Global Transportation Business Process and Technology (BPT) Team, this position will spearhead strategic objectives in the realm of technology systems and transportation business processes.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the business application owner for key outbound and/or inbound transportation technology solutions.
Ensure the stability of systems and the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs).
Evaluate and implement proposed enhancements to effectively address evolving business needs.
Maintain accuracy, completeness, and configuration of data within transportation systems.
Collaborate with IT and business operations teams to identify technology and process gaps.
Develop comprehensive user requirements and create compelling business cases for global solution investments or enhancements to existing systems.
Lead projects of small to medium complexity to achieve short-term and long-term strategic goals.
Contribute to significant initiatives, such as the Transcend S4 Hanna deployment, ensuring integration of global transportation requirements into the global template design.

Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a University/Bachelor's or equivalent degree required; concentration in Logistics, Supply Chain, Technology or Business preferred.
Experience & Skills Required: Minimum of four to six (4-6) years of related experience in Supply Chain, Transportation or Technology experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sector/industry.
Experience developing a business case, gaining approvals, and leading projects of small to medium complexity.
Minimum of two (2) years of TMS, WMS, ERP management, maintenance, or implementation experience.
Experience evaluating, constructing and implementing Business and Operational strategies.
Intermediate experience using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment across different cultures and time zones.
Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Preferred: E2E supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning and/or systems implementations.
Expertise in SAP Order To Cash or ERP order management processes.
Experience directly managing professional level resources.
Agile Methodology knowledge and experience.
FPX knowledge and experience.
Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS methodologies knowledge and/or certifications.
