The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company's data strategy by creating scalable, impactful BI initiatives while ensuring adherence to governance, security, and operational excellence standards. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and Governance Develop and execute the BI roadmap in alignment with organisational objectives and the broader data strategy. Partner with stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs that inform business decisions. Manage the integration of BI and data warehouse initiatives to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of data outputs. BI Solution Delivery Manage the creation, implementation, and delivery of reports, dashboards, and visualisations that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. Regularly evaluate and enhance current BI solutions to boost performance, streamline efficiency, and improve user experience. Lead the adoption of standards and best practices for BI development, including thorough documentation, consistent reporting templates, and rigorous quality assurance.
