You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our BI infrastructure, overseeing data governance, as well as establishing best practices across the organization by reinforcing stakeholders with intuitive & insightful interactive dashboards.LocationVienna/Berlin/Madrid (hybrid), fully remoteYour Role in Our JourneyPartner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify information needs, translate them into actionable insights, and develop and manage BI solutions.Provide and present reports that are visually impactful for business departments and support the decision-making process.Work closely with Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers, support and mentor colleagues within Data & business teams to build, maintain, and improve the set of current dashboards with best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine, organize, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.Drive self-service capabilities across the organization through data literacy initiatives and maintaining & improving KPI frameworks.Drive adaptation of new tools & technologies in the BI area to maintain a clean, accurate, and efficient data governance framework.Your impact2+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst or related role.Proven proficiency in SQL, with strong experience in building clean and meaningful tables.Expert-level knowledge of Tableau with outstanding data storytelling skills.Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and organizational qualities.Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data governance principles, and ETL processes. Experience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud computing platforms is a plus.Strong communication skills, and ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Experienced in Project Management.
