The Business Insights & Analytics Manager manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives.
Utilized KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making.
You will be responsible for creating actionable insights to contribute to growing our business by understanding drivers of category & brands performance, identifying growth opportunities and ways to improve sales performance.
You should consult with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support.
Your main responsibilities will be: 1.
Data Analysis and Insights Lead the analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Conduct FMCG deep dives to get last trends and competitor deep dives across categories.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track key performance metrics.
Manage data and ensure high-quality presentations that benefit the organization and departments.

Strategic Insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into data and analytics strategies.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of commercial initiatives.
Report on KPIs to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.

Commercial Strategy Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
4.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and utilization to drive sales and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with IT to implement CRM enhancements as needed.
Evaluate and streamline sales and marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to support sales and marketing teams.
5.
Change Management Lead change management initiatives related to commercial process improvements.
Ensure buy-in and adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
Requirements : To be successful in this role, we believe it's important to have: Education: Studies in Statistics, Economics, Market Research, Data Science or similar.
Experience: 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
1-3 years supervisory experience will be valued.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
Soft skills: Global vision and able to anticipate business needs, results-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Open-minded, curious, and good communication skills.
Used to lead through ambiguity and ability to engage stakeholders.
Functional Skills: Ability to simplify complex analyses and turn them into actionable insights, experience and proven track record in mastering data visualization tools such as PowerBI, knowledge and experience in mining and combining syndicated panels such as Nielsen, Circana, Europanel, Euromonitor or Global Data.
