WHAT WILL YOU DO?- You will report to the CEO.
- You will build solid commercial relationships with customers, laboratories, and key distributors in Spain and Europe.
- You will negotiate commercial agreements at a national and international level and collaborate with other areas of the company to develop winning sales, marketing, and supply chain strategies.
- Your position will be based in Madrid with frequent travel throughout Spain and Europe.
HOW WILL YOUR DAY TO DAY BE?- You will analyze the market, trends, customers, and competition to create a winning sales strategy!
- You will identify the appropriate distribution channels, establish negotiation windows, and close operations.
- You will establish revenue goals and implement actions to achieve them.
- You will identify and evaluate market opportunities, new potential customers, and establish commercial relationships with them.
- You will negotiate contracts and commercial agreements. Your constant communication with customers will bring them value and make us their reference partner.
- You will collaborate with other areas, such as marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, and finance to develop the most convenient strategies.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?- + 4 years of proven and successful experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated success in establishing long-term strategic alliances with key people.
- Excellent negotiation skills and real ability to build a solid customer portfolio.
- Success and proven experience in building distribution channels from scratch "breaking new ground".
- Deep regulatory analysis knowledge.
- We especially value that you also have consulting experience.
- You have preferably been trained as an Engineer and your level of English allows you to negotiate and relate in a global role.
