Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?About The Team Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our Partners perform as expected, helping them grow within Fever.Our decisions are data-driven from the highest to the lowest strategy level, allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every single team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.About the Role Join our team as a Business Growth Analyst and help drive Fever's business plan across all markets.
Utilize industry trends and the latest technology to make data-driven decisions.
Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics and optimize our operations.
Work across different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries), to establish and execute successful growth strategies.
About You At least 2 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
Background in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy.
Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.
Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
Excited about working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Being an advanced English speaker is a must, and if you speak Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese, it will be a plus.
Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.
