Descripción completa del empleoBusiness Excellence Solution Manager Position SummaryThe primary focus of this role is to promote the engagement / adoption of strategic tools within Business and to provide thought leadership in strategic projects to improve overall associate, partner and client experience. The Solution Manager is involved throughout the solution life cycle taking a lead on gathering business requirements, to define priorities and to ensure solutions are delivered along with facilitating communication across multiple product and business teams, with deep knowledge and expertise on the solution.
In order to provide the best solution for the business and end user, it is required to have a strong understanding of the business processes across functions areas to review requirements and evaluate options and solutions proposed.
This role will have high visibility with executive management and requires mature leadership skills as well as strong change management skills.
Essential ResponsibilitiesElicit and document business requirements and define priorities working closely with business stakeholders.Create, maintain and deploy required documents related to the solution owned.Obtain delivery timelines on system enhancements from the respective product owners and ensure same is delivered in time to achieve business objectives.Collaborate regularly with multiple product groups on tool roadmap and to share best practices on process/tools usage with business.Ensure interdependencies between solution and project rollouts are managed to meet business needs along with aligning with the solution architect.Participate in Global Strategic Projects to define and design new solution and technology implementation.Facilitate communication among various product and business groups as necessary on strategic projects and coordinate product enhancement to build the solution roadmap for ongoing improvements.Be an expert in the solutions and to increase business engagement/adoption of the tool to overall improve associate and client experience.Perform trend analysis on support requests and work closely with business champions to find improvement opportunities.Represent ADP Celergo Streamline in the respective product forums and to facilitate requirements between various product teams/business champions.Manage business escalations on the assigned applications and work with the respective product/business team in resolving the same along with addressing knowledge gaps relating to requirement/product documentation to be kept centrally available for stakeholder/leadership reference.Perform other related duties as assigned.Critical SkillsMust be able to work well under pressure and have a strong understanding of the business process management and demonstrated achievements.Proven ability to drive decisions and actions among diverse groups to achieve goals, including conflict resolution.Demonstrated ability in coordinating multiple projects of varying complexities and scope is highly desired.Able to adapt style to different working environments, situations, and cultures.Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong inter-personal communication skills.High-energy, self-starter; able to take the initiative with minimal guidance and be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team.Must be a creative thinker, able to identify solutions and options that have not previously been considered and have the skills to turn vision into execution.Must possess a can-do, winning attitude, the highest level of integrity, and the ability to inspire confidence with an open, trustworthy, and engaging style.Education and Certification RequirementBachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Education & Experience.ExperienceTechnical background is a plus.Multinational experience working in a fast-paced, team environment and under pressure of deadlines.Experience working across several lines of business (operations, service, etc.) and matrix organization.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADPADP is committed to an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace, and is further committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of any protected characteristic including: race, color, genetic information, creed, national origin, religion, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lawful alien status, ancestry, age, marital status, protected veteran status or disability.
