JOIN THE TEAM Within the Group Data & AI Office as part of BASF's Data & AI Powerhouse, we drive BASF's overall Data Management and contribute to the convenient, efficient, and compliant data usage within BASF. We deliver services all around Data Product creation, Data & AI Governance and Projects. Supporting the various activities of the Group Data & AI Office with Enablement and Engagement measures targeting our key data-related stakeholders creates value for our internal partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES You manage stakeholder groups of the product Group Data & AI Office and represent the product towards different target groups, e.g. business, management, data role owners, and other communities. You manage and onboard stakeholders to the offers and activities of the Group Data & AI Office. You act as a primary point of contact for business units, providing guidance and support on data-related roles & responsibilities, data product and data & AI governance initiatives and activities. You develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. Divisional Data Offices, …) ensuring effective communication and engagement for the Group Data & AI Office. You develop training concepts and support to business units on data & AI-related topics, ensuring awareness and compliance with data & AI governance policies and procedures as well as the concept of data products. You derive actions with regards to training requirements according to available roles & responsibilities, governance policies and procedures as well as divisional data strategy development and AI Value Cases. You ensure training delivery and follow-up in agreement with BASF-internal academies. You develop communication material on scope, vision, purpose, roadmap, and activities to different stakeholders across data domains and divisions towards the different stakeholder groups of the Group Data & AI Office. You prepare use-cases for communication to show features, functionalities and benefits of data products and governance work. You support the Group Data & AI Office team in facilitating and coaching as well as the product owners in their activities, e.g. product roadmap creation QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Business Informatics or related field with min. 2 years of professional experience Experience within BASF SE, knowledge of the BASF organization as well as BASF business knowledge Sound knowledge of communication strategy and planning, strategy development as well as product management Good knowledge of training & enablement methods and formats, as well as change management Confident handling of MS PowerPoint as well as content management systems Very good moderation and presentation skills as well as sound English and German language skills High user orientation, focussing on direct benefits for stakeholders Structured work mode in a complex environment, ideally with experience in agile methodology and project management Excellent communication and collaboration skills BENEFITS Responsibility from day one in a challenging work environment and "on-the-job" training as part of a committed team.
