Position Overview: As a Business Development – B2B – Student Recruitment professional, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding education agents and agencies within your base location.
These partners will play a crucial role in supporting GEDU's mission to recruit students from diverse backgrounds for our international campuses and programs.
Your primary focus will be driving recruitment efforts for GEDU's campuses in Dubai, Malta, France, Spain, Germany and Australia, as well as for other programs offered by GEDU's affiliated institutions.
This role offers flexibility in job title, aligning with your experience and career aspirations.
The position also supports remote or hybrid work options based on your preference.
Key Responsibilities: Agent Recruitment & Onboarding: Source and engage education agents/agencies within your region to expand GEDU's recruitment network.
Provide them with necessary training and resources to support their success.
Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents/agencies to enhance GEDU's student recruitment efforts across various markets.
Targeted Student Recruitment: Drive recruitment efforts for GEDU campuses in strategic locations, including Dubai, Malta, France, Spain, Germany, Tampa, and Australia, with a goal of attracting students from around the globe.
Market Analysis: Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and ensure GEDU's competitive edge in student recruitment.
Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of education agents, ensuring alignment with GEDU's recruitment goals and objectives.
Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive strategies and streamlined processes for student recruitment.
Requirements: Proven experience in business development, student recruitment, or agency management, ideally within the education sector.
Strong understanding of B2B partnership models and a track record of successfully managing agency relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
A strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities in alignment with GEDU's objectives.
Flexibility to travel for in-person meetings or events as needed.
