Business Development Specialist Joints & Robotics Digital Surgery
The Robotics Digital Surgery & Joints Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving market adoption and maintaining expert knowledge on DePuy Synthes complex Joints Reconstruction specifically Knee Portfolio and the Robotics Digital Surgery platform. You will shape and accompany execution of marketing plans and successful commercialization of DPS knee portfolio. Understanding the market and building value propositions and delivering a compelling brand story in Digital and Service as a key member of the Robotics Digital Surgery & Joints team in Spain. You will provide on-site expert support, training, education, and assistance to customers before, during and after surgical procedures, resolving clinical and product issues.
Tasks & Responsibilities as Business Development Specialist Assess market opportunities and work with Business Unit Lead and Sales Management to prepare and capture innovative solutions offerings across all Joints in Knee & Robotics Portfolio.Ensure strong alignment with global/EMEA strategies and insights to ensure consistent implementation and execution across Spain for Robotics & Joints solutions.Serve as front-line Robotics Solutions to HCPs before, during and after surgical procedures.Plan and build tactics for Joints "Knee" that engage loyal customers as well as competitive users.Train and guide surgeons, OR staff and other hospital teams in the use of Knee portfolio and Robotics Digital Surgery platform solutions including set-up and shift from conventional to robotic assisted procedures.Contribute feedback on product design to improve performance and customer satisfaction.Understand scientific and economic evidence to ensure proper communication of value propositions.Build strong relationships, networks, and partnerships with KOLs and internal stakeholders.Take KOL insights and market trends to enhance strategy and generate long-term CEPG.Collaborate with EMEA and with BUM, BDM & Sales Management, and other supporting functions including Education, HEMA, Clinical, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, HCC etc. Qualifications
Experience, skills, and competencies:
Min 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles (including Marketing and Product Management).
Min 3-5 years of medical device sales or capital equipment usage in OR setting required.
High experience with Joint Reconstruction in Knees and Surgical Navigation.
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills.
Ability to establish a vision, a project plan and then execute proactively within a team.
Ability to prioritize and to successfully lead multiple priorities as the directly responsible individual in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think, plan and deliver commitments.

Education and Qualification
Education: University degree or equivalent.
Languages: Fluent in English.
Travel requirements: up to 70%
