The Main Event: What you'll do
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. This professional will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with B2B partners, with the objective of driving growth and profitability of our mortgage portfolio.
Business Development:
Identify and establish new B2B partnerships with real estate agencies, financial advisors and other types of companies. Your main KPI will be obtaining qualified leads from them.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual benefits.
B2B Account Management:
Work closely with partners to understand their needs and provide customized mortgage solutions.
Coordinate presentations and events to strengthen relationships with B2B partners.
Make sure business flow is smooth and partner satisfaction is up the roof!
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare periodic reports on the performance of B2B relationships and propose strategies for improvement.
Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns.
The Perfect Match: What you´ll bring
Demonstrated deal-making capability.
Experience in Startup environment in a similar role (partnerships/ business development teams)
Excellent business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills.
Working mode availability to come to the office 4 days per week and traveling for events.
Nice to have:
Previous experience in the Real Estate market.
Fluent in English is a plus.
