Monitor supplier performance accurately during booking to ensure reliability.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration to boost supplier engagement.
Stay informed about company developments for effective communication with suppliers.
# How we imagine you+2 years of experience in customer service and/or business development to provide the best possible service to customers and suppliers.
Degree in Tourism, Revenue Management, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, Communication…
Native level of written and spoken Italian & Advanced English. Spanish is a plus, and any other languages will be an asset for our expansion plans.
You are based in Barcelona and you feel comfortable with a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 possible days remotely).
Proficient in managing and prioritising tasks with a keen understanding of urgency.
Utilises strong and positive language to engage clients effectively while demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
