In collaboration, we are searching for a Business Development Representative with German to join our client's team in Dublin.

Position: Business Development Representative Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office (after initial training) Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonus DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive growth by creating sales-qualified opportunities and showing prospects how the product can revolutionize the client's business.
Proactively source new opportunities using cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches.
Qualify leads and seamlessly hand them over to Account Executives for closing.
Build long-lasting, impactful relationships with key stakeholders.
Stay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Engage prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Consistently achieve sales goals and contribute to overall team success.
Be a passionate advocate for the company's products and services, generating interest and assessing the perfect fit for both parties.
Quickly become an expert in the company's offerings, staying updated on the latest developments and services provided.
REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
A burning passion for a career in sales.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in B2B / BDR (SaaS).
Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory.
A growth mindset with a positive attitude, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
