As a Business Development team, making sure our business grows and thrives is what we strive to do.
What You'll Do: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and reaching out to decision-makers through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn for prospecting.
Your mission will be to uncover new business opportunities, engage with key stakeholders, and generate sales-qualified leads.
In this role, you will analyze organizational structures, set personal and team objectives, and use data-driven strategies to create new growth opportunities.

We're looking for someone with a track record of overachieving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Work with inbound and outbound leads: Identify, engage, and qualify new business prospects to generate new opportunities in the Iberian market.
Develop a deep understanding of our product offering: Build strong product knowledge and continuously learn from peers and colleagues.
Collaborate with Account Executives: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to build relationships, refine go-to-market strategies, and drive success for the business.
Track customer interactions accurately: Manage and update communications with current and potential customers using our CRM system (Salesforce).
Achieve and exceed your targets: Meet and exceed your sales quota, focusing on your core role and accelerating your professional growth.
Who You Are: A motivated and tenacious professional with a can-do attitude, undeterred by challenges or setbacks.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field.
Proven communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions.
Relevant industry experience in the Iberian market.
Expert in prospecting (cold-calling, cold-emailing, social selling, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills across all levels of seniority.
High levels of motivation, resilience, and ambition to build a successful career.
A strong team player with personal leadership capabilities to drive yourself and others toward success.
Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Passionate about new media, internet trends, and lifelong learning.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with relevant sales tools (CRM systems like Salesforce).
Eligible to work in Spain without restrictions.
