We're looking for our next Business Development Representative.
An energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within companies.
Main Responsibilities: Prospecting: BDRs are responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through prospecting, especially through Sales Navigator.Qualification: Finding pain points during calls, emails, or even by using external sources.Setting appointments: BDRs schedule demos with qualified prospects and coordinate with account executives or sales teams for handoff.Lead nurturing: BDRs may engage in ongoing communication and follow-ups to build relationships with prospects who are not yet ready to buy, ensuring they remain engaged and nurturing them towards a sales opportunity.Sales collaboration: BDRs should give accurate and timely information about the opportunity they created. Qualifications: Strong communication skills and teamwork: BDRs should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects.Sales aptitude: Look for candidates with a passion for sales, a persuasive nature, and the ability to understand customer needs.
