Position Overview ADSK is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Barcelona. You will help achieve pipeline growth and revenue generation by leading a team of BDRs focused on prospecting and qualifying leads for Autodesk's D&M Solutions within the DACH and Benelux Region. We are looking for someone who has smart ideas and a passion to lead others to success. This is a hybrid role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable and efficient with this type of work environment.
Responsibilities: Lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets.Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase the BDR team's performance.Coach, mentor, and motivate BDRs to enhance their skills in prospecting, qualifying leads, and accomplishing outbound sales activities.Collaborate with sales leadership to align BDR activities with sales goals.Analyze performance metrics to track team progress and identify areas for improvement.Challenge the current process and implement best practices to improve lead management and enhance lead conversion rates.Stay updated on D&M industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to the team.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.You have a proven track record of success in a team environment of BDRs or similar sales roles in a B2B technology company.You have a strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation strategies, and pipeline management.Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.You can demonstrate empathy and coaching skills.German speaker - native level.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a leadership role.Excellent team player.Experience with ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and other sales related platforms.Understanding of design and manufacturing industry, including terminology and challenges.Experience leading improvements in team performance.Experience in the software or technology industry with knowledge of Autodesk's products and solutions.About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
