Position Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you play a pivotal role in spearheading our company's sales initiatives. This position is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at identifying and nurturing potential leads, providing robust support to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: Utilize tools such as Apollo.io and LinkedIn to research and identify potential leads that align with our target customer profile. Evaluate and prioritize leads based on specific criteria to enhance lead quality and conversion rates. Sales Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM. Ensure regular updates on lead statuses, manage opportunity stages, and rectify bottlenecks or stagnant areas in the pipeline. Produce detailed weekly reports for the sales leadership. Meeting Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings between the sales team and potential clients, manage calendar invites, confirmations, and rescheduling. Ensure high attendance through timely reminders. Email Outreach: Craft and send customized email communications on behalf of the sales team, tailoring messages based on lead interactions and characteristics. Manage responses and direct inquiries to relevant team members. Administrative Support: Keep meticulous records in HubSpot CRM and Google Sheets, assist in the maintenance and creation of sales materials, and oversee the organization of sales documentation. Requirements: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for tracking and managing sales activities. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments. Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative. Key Performance Indicators: Monthly generation of high-quality leads. Conversion rates of leads into actionable sales opportunities. Maintenance of accurate and comprehensive data within HubSpot CRM. Effectiveness of email outreach as measured by response rates and engagement. Consistently receiving positive feedback from the sales team. Nice-to-Have Experience: Previous experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) products. Background in the residential real estate or property management industries. Growth Opportunities: As you advance in this role, you'll gain opportunities to engage more directly with clients, conduct training sessions on ResiDesk software, handle initial inquiries, perform software demonstrations, and gradually transition to a more client-facing position within the Business Development sphere.
