We are looking for a new talent to join the B2B Business Development team.
You will play a key role in the growth of Skeepers in the Italian market.
This position reports directly to our Head of BDR.

Your missions: Develop and execute outreach strategies for enterprise accounts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics.
Search, identify, and qualify prospect needs and interests, and build relationships with decision-makers in different industries.
Organize meetings and ensure that the sales cycle runs smoothly.
Share key information with customers through our CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and account-based marketing strategies.
You are the ideal candidate if you: Have fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
Have a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Have 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or business development in a SaaS company.
Have previous experience with cold calling.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Are curious, a quick learner, and able to adapt easily to any type of situation and background.
Master CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
