Deepki, leading the way in ESG for real estate stakeholders and accelerating the transition towards net zero and sustainability, is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow revenue and join our team in Paris HQ or London offices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start or accelerate a sales career on the ground floor of an exciting ESG software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.
Mission The Business Development Representative will develop Deepki's global customer portfolio.
Responsibilities: Select target accounts and identify opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives. Research relevant contacts and teams at these accounts and begin new conversations using email, calls, and social channels. Book outbound meetings using different prospecting approaches involving cold calls, emails, and social outreach. Generate sales opportunities for the Account Executives within a specific set of target accounts through proactive outbound business development activities. Maintain, organize, and own administrative tasks in Salesforce. Contact prospects and guests before and after web conferences, events, and webinars. Participate in trade shows and represent the company. As a Business Development Representative, your impact on Deepki's growth will be immediate and measurable: you will directly contribute to increasing ARR through Deepki while growing the company's customer portfolio. You will also benefit from a coaching and continuing education program allowing you to develop solid commercial skills in real estate and ESG.
Your Profile 1+ years of experience in BDR/SDR/ADR/Inside Sales or Sales role within SaaS/Software environments. Belief in Deepki's values – Impact, Customer satisfaction, Benevolence and goodwill, Freedom and responsibility. Self-disciplined and motivated to over-achieve your goals. A team player with a sales and solution-focused mindset. Ability to analyze complex client requirements and needs. Confident in communicating over the phone, email, and LinkedIn with senior stakeholders and C-level executives. Experience using Salesforce and/or Hubspot and/or another CRM. Excellent proficiency in English; another European language would be beneficial. Bonus: Experience with Enterprise accounts. Experience in Real Estate and/or ESG.
