Position Overview Autodesk is looking for motivated Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our growing sales and marketing team. The BDR will likely be the first person a prospect will talk to. A BDR is responsible for qualifying inbound prospects to confirm fit and size, and find new Expansion Opportunities within customers, prospecting, and warm-calling to existing customers. You will be managing and nurturing inbound leads, assisting sales pipeline conversions, and the quantity and quality of opportunities available to our sales team. You will act as a liaison between marketing and sales by managing, directing, qualifying, and processing the flow of inbound and outbound leads and opportunities. Responsibilities Manage Warm Calling and Cold CallingProspect Expansion Opportunities within existing accountsOutreach to leads who have displayed demographic or behavioral buying signals and follow-up on these leads according to plan. Many of these will be cold outbound reach outsListen to prospects' needs and wants, and determine if there is a mutual fit with AutodeskIdentify top leads and be the first contact with potential customersResolve all inbound inquiries and cases "No Lead Left Behind"Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, operations, and product to streamline application and process efficiencyFollow and update best-practice documentation to promote best practicesManage and nurture a queue of +100 leads through a process to become sales accepted leadsMinimum Qualifications Sales experience: Capable of managing a quota. Inbound as well as cold outbound experienceExcellent comprehension and experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requestsExperience maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities and the ability to be effectiveExperience balancing multiple sales opportunitiesExperience following a clear process for outreach using different methods (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn) - you are able to create, manipulate, and execute daily schedulesCalm and patient demeanorFlexible with time working early or later shifts depending on where target customers are locatedSpanish & French speakerExperience working in Salesforce or other CRM applicationsBachelor's degree from a 4-year university ideal
