Job Requisition ID # 24WD83244 Position Overview Autodesk is looking for motivated Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our growing sales and marketing team.
The BDR will likely be the first person a prospect will talk to.
A BDR is responsible for qualifying inbound prospects to confirm fit and size, and find new Expansion Opportunities within customers, prospecting, and warm-calling to existing customers.
You will be managing and nurturing inbound leads, assisting sales pipeline conversions, and the quantity and quality of opportunities available to our sales team.
You will act as a liaison between marketing and sales by managing, directing, qualifying, and processing the flow of inbound and outbound leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities Manage Warm Calling and Cold Calling Prospect Expansion Opportunities within existing accounts Outreach to leads who have displayed demographic or behavioral buying signals and follow-up on these leads according to plan.
Many of these will be cold outbound reach outs Listen to prospects' needs and wants, and determine if there is a mutual fit with Autodesk Identify top leads and be the first contact with potential customers Resolve all inbound inquiries and cases "No Lead Left Behind" Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, operations, and product to streamline application and process efficiency Follow and update best-practice documentation to promote best practices Manage and nurture a queue of +100 leads through a process to become sales accepted leads Minimum Qualifications Sales experience: Capable of managing a quota.
Inbound as well as cold outbound experience Excellent comprehension and experience responding to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests Experience maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities and the ability to be effective Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities Experience following a clear process for outreach using different methods (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn) - you are able to create, manipulate, and execute daily schedules Calm and patient demeanor Flexible with time working early or later shifts depending on where target customers are located Spanish & French speaker Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM applications Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university ideal #J-18808-Ljbffr
