Responsibilities: Get up to speed with Jitterbit processes and tools: During the first 30 days learn and start using Jitterbit's process to engage with prospects, internal stakeholders & constituents, including understanding Jitterbit's value proposition, BDR process, CRM tool, Salesloft, and other necessary tools.
Command of the Message: Learn and explain Jitterbit's offerings within a month of new feature releases, sharing this information with prospects to align how Jitterbit's platform can help them reach their objectives faster and more efficiently.
Uncover initiatives where Jitterbit can be used and define tailored messages for the targeted audience: Create and execute outreach sequences and calling scripts with the BDR manager and sales team specific to each customer or prospect account.
Command of the Sale: Meet monthly goals - 12 SQLs, build pipeline, and work collaboratively with sales and marketing.
Outbound: Place 360 calls and 70 tailored emails weekly to generate 12 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month.
Document & communicate status: Share insights from conversations with prospects, identify key trends, and evaluate what strategies are effective.
Strong execution skills around Jitterbit's Go-To-Market strategy: Identify key technologies and competitors, successfully position Jitterbit.
Minimum Requirements: 1-2 years of sales experience as a BDR selling SaaS, including cold calling.
Knowledge and passion for cloud-based products, technology, and SaaS.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
A competitive, rapid growth mindset.
