Business Development Representative, DACH (german speaker) What You'll Do:
Business Development Representatives are responsible for identifying and contacting the right decision makers through cold calling, emailing and leveraging social media tools for prospecting such as Linkedin.
In this role, you will navigate and profile organizational structures and pursue both individual and team goals, analyzing data and use them to generate new business opportunities.

Wok with both in- and outbound leads: Identify and contact new prospects, qualify leads and create new business opportunities in the DACH marketDevelop strong product knowledge and be ready to learn from your colleaguesBuild collaborative relationships with your Account Executives where you both strive to win for our businessTogether with your Account Executives you will create effective go-to-market strategiesComplete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM (salesforce)Meet your quota and maximize your transformation development through focusing on your core role.Who You Are:BA/BS degree in related fieldEffective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environmentRelevant working experience on the relevant marketStrong prospecting skills (cold-calling, cold-emailing, etc)Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levelsHigh motivation, resilience and ambition to build a career at CriteoTeam Player with personal leadership skills in terms of leading and driving selfNative level of German, fluent in EnglishAbility to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environmentPassion for new media, internet trends and continual learningStrong knowledge of all core MS Office applicationsMust be eligible to work in Spain full-time without restrictionWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
