Your primary responsibility will be to prospect potential clients and nurture leads, working closely with the sales team to convert them into loyal customers. This position will require you to demonstrate exceptional autonomy, communication skills, and a passion for driving results.Responsibilities:Autonomy: While receiving close supervision and support during the onboarding process, you will manage the sales pipeline, requiring guidance on outreach strategies, account selection, and identifying buyer personas. You will work towards gradually gaining more autonomy as you become fully onboarded.Quality Deliverables: You will collaborate closely with the sales team, ensuring the quality of deliverables through effective communication and receiving necessary guidance as needed.Communication: With your excellent communication skills, you will engage with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Monta's solutions. Leveraging your prospecting experience and industry knowledge, you will identify and engage with potential customers, nurturing leads and converting them into qualified opportunities.Salesforce Utilisation: You will be responsible for obtaining all necessary data and updating Salesforce accurately, ensuring the CRM system is properly utilized to track and manage sales activities.Requirements:Language Fluency: Fluent in German. Strong proficiency in English is highly desirable.Experience: No prior experience is required as a Business Development Representative, making this an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals looking to kick-start their career in sales.
