Duties and responsibilities: Develop your own commercial strategy, execute the sales and marketing strategy for the prosumer home solution.Work in cross-collaboration with KAM and Account Manager to activate the Prosumer Business in the channels.Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Responsible to close Prosumer ambitions in the key customer based on commercial policy thanks to the Distribution Prosumer Program; ambitions, MDF, Trainings, specialization requirements, digital tools.Responsible to execute and animate the Solar partner program; execute the strategy defined, recruit and segment partners, define and follow-up activation plan.Ensure the commercial & technical support and take care of the Partner's Performance.Manage and take customer "ownership" position for customer account portfolio within the Residential Solar market segment.Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to improve sales tools and plans, while promoting sales activities.Experience Level: From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking ability.Results-oriented and proficient in negotiation.Empathy and active listening skills.Strong teamwork skills.Good level of English proficiency.
