WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As an Auto Structuring Manager, you will:
Design, negotiate, execute, and evaluate different forms of auto captive agreements (e.g., white labels, JVs) with SCF's OEM captive partners.
Act as the interface with our OEM partners' HQs for this purpose.
Follow up and support agreements' implementation in collaboration with local teams and GAOs (project plans, signing process).
Design new agreement structures (white label, profit sharing, virtual JVs, real JVs, servicing schemes).
Model future revenue streams and business plans.
Design risk mitigation schemes for car wholesale and retail finance together with risk.
Develop legal documentation with legal and external advisors.
Lead internal approval processes.
Negotiate terms and conditions with local units, GAOs, and OEMs HQs.
Follow all auto finance strategy publications.
Develop long-term strategic plans and propose business development actions.
Coordinate with local units and GAOs the budget development process.
Monitor innovation in the auto finance business, developing expertise in connected cars, mobility, new online players, electric cars, and autonomous driving.
Link with our OEM partners' HQ innovation teams.
Analyze new business models that can add revenues to SCF in the new ecosystem.
Monitor and analyze competitors, OEMs, and the auto finance industry.
EXPERIENCE
10+ years of international experience in a top bank (M&A or business development) or management consulting. Ideally, also experience in the automotive industry or in a captive bank (in business development).
EDUCATION
University Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration. MBA preferred.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Other languages such as French and/or German are valued. Top analytical and project management execution skills. Proven international experience in conducting projects in several international markets. Experience managing multicultural teams. Proficient in accessing/presenting to top management. Focus on results, agility in the face of change, influential management, performance supervision, and anticipating the future.
