Your role will focus on creating and implementing strategic business plans, achieving annual budget goals, and supporting sub-regions to exceed their targets.
Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop a comprehensive 5-year high-growth strategy plan for SCADA software in the EMEA region.
Create and implement an annual business plan for SCADA software, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
Achieve and surpass annual budget targets for SCADA software.
Business Development: Cultivate and expand direct customer relationships for SCADA software.
Strengthen and grow SCADA software channel partner networks.
Lead and coach sales teams to enhance their performance and achieve business goals.
Promotion and Representation: Promote SCADA software solutions at conferences, trade shows, and industry networking events.
Collaborate with the wider organization to drive SCADA software business growth.
Job Requirements: Market Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the SCADA software market in Europe.
In-depth understanding of SCADA software and its applications.
Proven track record of successful SCADA software business performance.
Experience and Skills: At least 10 years of experience in SCADA software sales within Europe.
Experience with leading SCADA software brands.
Strong skills in sales, business development, and account management.
Demonstrated success in direct and indirect customer/partner development and growth.
Familiarity with automation products, systems, and solutions.
Education and Communication: Advanced degree in software engineering, control automation, or a related field.
