SeproTec is searching for a Business Development Manager for its Headquarters located in Las Rozas, Madrid or Krakow, Poland. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Europe, your main tasks will include:
Manage the corporate business development in Spain and Europe, focused on translation and localization services, establishing sales targets.Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcomes.Target new business opportunities within assigned enterprise organizations in your geographic territory.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.Dive deep into understanding their business and the potential for business alignment.Represent SeproTec in sales conventions, trade shows, and other events.Requirements: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the translation and localization industry.Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.High level of responsibility and commitment.Spanish and English native or high proficiency level.An extra language is highly valued.What is offered: Career Development.Competitive Conditions.International and multidisciplinary environment.
