Who are we looking for?Through the (Country Manager Fernox Spain/ Portugal - France) leadership and his own endeavors:
To increase turnover/margin by gaining new accounts/customers.To maintain our obligations to our customer base.Increase the sales revenue/margin from our existing customer base by broadening the range and increasing the quantities of products they use.Further develop the awareness of water treatment in the domestic and commercial heating market.Attack and defend against the competitors in the market.Assist in the development and implementation of the Fernox Marketing Plan.Contribute to the development of new products. What will you be doing?Perform quarterly reviews to cover:
Progress with strategy and quarterly action plans.Progress with OEMs.Progress with the contractor and LA/HA prospects for that quarter.Agree and select new prospects for the following quarter.Manage the Atlas CRM system for Fernox Spain / Portugal related to his area.Top 50 customers / targets – Look to build an association with them.Support and assist the sales team in converting key prospects (Win). OEMS – Build relationships with key managers with the major OEMS. Implement the selling strategy for domestic and commercial water treatment products to designated merchants and distributors (Grow). Influence end users / original equipment manufacturers and contractor / specifier markets to ensure the use of Fernox products and so achieve agreed sales targets. Continuously assess the market to identify new customers and opportunities (Create). Liaise with the relevant sales office and field colleagues on any technical assistance that will be required by the client. Continuously assess the customer base in order to identify new potential for sales growth.

Who are You?Preferably with sales experience from Industry, with basic knowledge of chemistry, heating/water treatment market and advantage, or different sectors with good commercial skills, attitude.Living in Spain.Basic language skills and knowledge of English. What competencies will you need?Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
