Position: Business Development Manager Work model and location: remote from mainland China or Taiwan Employment type: Full-time Contract type: Services Agreement DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Building and maintaining relationships with clients Identifying new business opportunities Negotiating and closing deals Effectively manage clients from mainland China and Taiwan Achieving sales targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams Conduct market research Provide insights to enhance our competitive position.
REQUIREMENTS: Excellent sales and negotiation skills Fluent in Chinese, any of the following dialects: Cantonese, Hunanese, Min, Gan, Wu, Kejia or Hakka dialect Fluent in English (B2 level and higher) Proven Portfolio of active FX clients with ability to rapidly expand the network Experience in managing client portfolio including clients from mainland China and Taiwan Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and target-driven Ability to work independently and remotely Proven experience within Forex (3-4 years and own active portfolio of clients) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
