Treatment Management Applications (TMA) regroups a suite software solution used in radiotherapy department along the planning process (Workflow Management, Therapy Planning, Plan Analytics).
Workflow Management is one of the pillars of the new SW initiatives by Elekta.
The Manager will have a major role in influencing the successful execution of the Elekta One strategy and new therapy planning tools.Responsibilities:Support the local sales teams with clinical presentations and state of the art demos when requested and with product knowledge and expertise for strategic tenders, for the entire TPS product portfolioSupport region proposing documented, optimized plans and clinical workflows to convince the customer on TMA strength during sales processProvide continuous consultative clinical approach to key Elekta customers and reference sitesContribute to develop a network of external Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) / advocates and reference sites through key partnership collaboration and reference site development agreements.Participate to the organization of Treatment planning Challenges and Plan Quality contest.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products, service offerings, products integrationIn collaboration with service clinical experts drive advanced adoption of Elekta's offering by supporting local and regional sales projects, and to support clinical implementation and optimal use in key customer sites as required.Drive competitiveness of Elekta's portfolio through customer collaboration to develop clinical operational Proof points and evidence, and related marketing and sales tools (e.g.
case studies, literature reviews, whitepapers).Together with the BL lead, develop tools scripts and train sales clinical apps to provide consistent effective messaging positioning of various product solutions.Commercial success of the team involves working cross-functionally with global teams such as Global Clinical Product Marketing, Global Training Education, Portfolio Management and regional sales, marketing OF / clinical apps.Ensures that all customers, potential customers and leads within the assigned territory are routinely followed/ "touched" in a meaningful way as to develop after sales, and new socket opportunities.Adheres and promotes the Elekta Sales Methodology, Elekta Business Governance principles, Elekta Values and the Elekta Sales Policy for the region.Develops strong understanding of the client's vision for their organization via "Bonding Rapport" and "Pain" funnels to mutually assist the customer in realizing how the Elekta portfolio enhances that vision.Ensures each customer is aware of upcoming upgrades across all products and how these upgrades will benefit their organization through the use of an account management plan that is regularly updated.What You Bring:Medical Physics Degree or similar/ equivalent is mandatory.At least 3 years of clinical experience in Therapy Planning.Exposure or additional experience in Sales or Marketing is a plus.Strength in building and maintaining customer focus and customer relationships.High energy results oriented, with ability to work independently.Creative and entrepreneurial - ability to get things done in unconventional ways.Expert facilitator superior conflict resolution skillsAbility to influence change (attitudes, business process) both within Elekta and the client organization.Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skillsThe knowledge and confidence to position Elekta's products as the best choice in the market and a customer favorite.Must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend the English language.Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time and it would be ideal if you lived close to an airport, around a 2-hour drive, as travel will be required for this position.What you'll get:In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
