Responsibilities: Stay updated on market developments and respond proactively.
Recruit and develop talent to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Negotiate contracts, explore partnerships, and drive sales growth.
Lead sales teams for direct and indirect customer segments.
Develop geographic expansion and sales strategies.
Engage with clients at all levels to influence purchasing decisions.
Optimize processes, efficiency, and customer experience.

Requirements: Proficient in NavCom technologies at all levels.
Comprehensive understanding of marine systems across projects and services.
Being flexible and responsive to changes in the market or industry landscape.
Anticipating challenges and actively seeking ways to stay ahead.
Having a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate future trends and opportunities.
Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese language is a must.
Has experience in developing business and sales strategies.
Master's relevant technical and business processes.
Is experienced in managing and negotiating high-value projects, technical projects, and contracts and their terms and conditions.
