As part of this role, you will:Deliver substantial value to potential clients by entailing a deep understanding of their operating market, probing into their specific needs and challenges, and tailoring solutions accordingly.Serve as a proactive Hive ambassador, establishing connections with D2C brands in Spain via emails, referrals, in-person events, and more.Tirelessly research e-commerce trends, news and opportunities for Hive to grow in the market, both by joining events and by doing detailed research online.Bring customer knowledge directly and cleanly from calls to our internal teams, in order to announce customer-centricity and to live it by shaping a solution that really improves their operational set-up.Close complex deals through a solution-driven sales approach, identifying pain points, and coming up with solutions that enhance their operational set-up.Identify business prospects by nurturing value-centric relationships with key stakeholders.Represent Hive on the phone or in video chats, and at events, trade fairs, and other networking drinks.Together, we challenge the Spanish market growth & expansion processes — Our Hive & the world is your stage!Your Profile:We know - sometimes, you can't tick every box.
