What will you do? At INNOCV, we are looking for a Business Development Manager specialized in technology, with a consultative approach, to drive the growth and positioning of our technological services in the market. This position requires a balance between commercial skills and a deep understanding of the most advanced technological solutions. The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in business development in technology sectors, with the ability to establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients, leading value propositions from a strategic and consultative perspective. We are looking for someone experienced, who brings a relevant network of contacts and is results-oriented, capable of identifying business opportunities in complex environments.
Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in the field of technology consulting, collaborating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Strategic Consulting: Advise clients on digital transformation and the adoption of innovative technologies, acting as a trusted consultant. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key executives and decision-makers in companies across various sectors. Value Generation: Collaborate with internal teams in technology, delivery, and other areas to design value propositions that align INNOCV's technical capabilities with market needs. Sales Cycle Management: From initial prospecting to closing, including proposal preparation and follow-up, as well as negotiation. Network Development: Expand the network of contacts in the sector by participating in events, conferences, and technological forums. Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with technology teams, engagement managers, marketing, and operations to ensure that the solutions offered align with the company's capabilities. What do we value? Experience: At least 5 years in business development or sales roles in technology consulting or IT services.
