We are looking for a Business Development Manager for PMCs. Role description and responsibilities Analyze the market to uncover opportunities and promote project management construction services, working closely with clients to oversee the entire project from inception to completion. These services can be provided across industries, including: Energy transition: Managing projects focused on shifting from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources (e.G., hydrogen) to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainability Traditional EPC: Overseeing and validating third-party contractors responsible for EPC to ensure project quality, compliance, and efficiency Define TR's value proposition in the sector Engage with clients and maintain corporate relationships with key clients Develop connections with key licensors/OEMs and maintain corporate relationships Seek out potential partners that complement TR's capabilities and assist in market positioning Establish TR's positioning, define the strategy, and support the bidding process, coordinating with other BDMs who provide complementary value (regional knowledge, service knowledge) and with the Proposals' Directors Report all commercial activities, from opportunity identification to contracting, through Salesforce Background and experience +10 years of relevant experience Proven track record as a commercial manager with deep technical expertise in the engineering and construction industry Extensive experience executing or selling project management services such as PMC Comprehensive knowledge of the energy industry, with a keen understanding of market drivers, trends and players Strong commercial acumen with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong and durable client relationships Deep commercial network within the energy industry, particularly in the US Highly strategic and analytical thinking Availability for frequent travel, mostly within Europe, North America and Middle East Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in business and/or industrial/mechanical engineering or chemistry
