About the role
Revolut's P&L Optimisation team sits within the Global Business department, managing and owning commercial relationships with our partners. In this team, you'll have an exciting opportunity to own and negotiate strategic deals that directly impact the company's bottom-line performance. You'll work with business teams to help Revolut secure the best commercial deals while achieving sustainable relationships with our partners.

What you'll be doing Leading commercial negotiations on behalf of Revolut with key strategic partners, ensuring maximum value generation and minimum cost impact.Creating, owning, and presenting bespoke business cases for deals to top leadership.Managing critical timelines, planning contingencies, and coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.Assessing business needs and justifying every expenditure with business rationale.Managing transformation projects related to in-source/out-source strategy and technology-driven cost reduction programmes.What you'll need 3-7 years experience working in a management consulting firm.Experience in cost optimisation, financial transformation, or corporate strategy.At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.Strong business acumen and experience handling tough business situations.Working rights in the country where you prefer to work (sponsorship is not available).A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones.Natural curiosity and a desire to make an impact.Interest in the financial industry.Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
