Job Overview: The purpose of the role is to increase our income through developing new and existing relationships with partners (Estate Agents, IFA's, Property Portals).

Key Performance Areas: New Partner Acquisition Prospecting and pipeline management Pitching and proposals Agreement and contracts management Partnership Development Lead generation from partners Partner management through visits and communications Performance management This business-to-business position hinges on forging new partnerships and introducers to generate leads by establishing and nurturing effective relationships. A pivotal aspect of this role is the development of both internal and external relationships, as it involves close collaboration with the internal sales and trading teams. As this is a sales role, proficiency in selling is crucial. Additionally, robust account management skills will contribute to success. Tactically, success will be partly measured by the maintenance and expansion of existing business partnerships. Nevertheless, the primary focus of the role is to leverage your sphere of influence, networks, and expertise to onboard new, valuable partnerships.

Requirements: Proven Track Record of consistently hitting KPI's Consistently demonstrates the Smart Values (Customer Service, Owning your own development, Working as a team, Growth Mindset, Taking Responsibility and Owning the conversation) Experience in Affiliate Marketing Campaigns desirable The ability to influence and drive performance Experience of working in a sales environment, as this is a New Business Sales Role
